These sports betting rules govern all wagers placed with Nnph's sportsbook for pre-match and in play markets. They apply to all customers and accounts and prevail over any conflicting terms unless a market description provides a different rule.
Bets are settled based on the official result published by the governing body or organizing authority. If the official data is unavailable or demonstrably erroneous, Nnph may rely on independent sources or internal records to determine settlement. Bets on markets later deemed void will be refunded.
In the event of technical faults, data feed errors, or other material errors affecting a market, Nnph reserves the right to re-settle or reverse settlements. This may include adjusting balances or canceling bets prior to final confirmation if the error is identified before settlement. Palpable errors in odds or event data may lead to voiding the affected bets.
When a dead heat occurs, winnings on the affected bets are adjusted proportionally among all winning contracts according to the number of winners. If a multi-winner market is affected and some outcomes remain unresolved, settlements apply only to the settled portions; other outcomes are settled normally as applicable.
Outright (short-term or long-term) markets are subject to the Play-or-Pay rule. Bets on participants who are unable to take part in the competition remain valid and are settled as losses where applicable. Head-to-head markets are void if a listed participant withdraws; if a replacement is from the same team, team markets remain valid while individual performance bets on the former participant may be void.
Scorer markets apply to regular playing time unless stated otherwise. First scorer, last scorer, and anytime scorer are defined as follows: first scorer requires the player to score after entering the match; last scorer is the final scorer; anytime scorer covers any goal by a listed player. Own goals are treated as per official rules; bets may be void in certain cases of retirement or abandonment as described in market terms.
Cash Out may be offered on eligible bets and is calculated by Nnph at its sole discretion, reflecting current match conditions, liability and time remaining. Cash Out is not guaranteed and may be suspended at any time. Bet Builder allows combining selections within supported markets; settlements follow standard rules for each constituent bet and are final when the entire builder is settled.
In-play bets rely on real-time data feeds. If a Video Assistant Referee (VAR) decision contradicts the on-field ruling and affects the state of play, bets placed between the initial incident and the final VAR decision may be voided, unless the final decision does not alter the relevant odds. The operator may adjust settlements if the final ruling requires it and is communicated before match conclusion.
If an event is abandoned, not completed within a reasonable period, or suspended for an extended time, unsettled bets may be voided and stakes refunded unless the market description provides otherwise. Market rules may provide sport-specific settlement when completion occurs within regulatory timeframes.
Customers are responsible for complying with responsible gambling measures and for ensuring their account information is accurate. Nnph will notify customers of material rule changes via account communications. Questions regarding these rules should be directed to customer support in writing.
