Sports Betting Rules

Scope and Principles

These sports betting rules govern all wagers placed with Nnph's sportsbook for pre-match and in play markets. They apply to all customers and accounts and prevail over any conflicting terms unless a market description provides a different rule.

General Rules

  • The minimum stake for any bet is 1 EUR. The maximum stake for a given bet varies by sport, market and regulatory jurisdiction; the applicable cap is shown at bet placement and cannot be exceeded.
  • Nnph reserves the right to accept or reject any bet wholly or partly at its sole discretion and may void bets for any reason including palpable error, late placement, or attempts to evade limits.
  • All bets are settled on decimal odds. If a market presents a different odds format, settlement is based on the decimal equivalent. In cases of obvious errors in odds or event data, Nnph may correct or void the affected bet(s).
  • Bets are accepted up to the advertised start time. If a bet is inadvertently accepted after the event has started and is not a live bet, it will be treated as a void non-runner.
  • Parlays or accumulator bets combining dependent outcomes are not accepted unless explicitly allowed via the Bet Builder feature. Multi-part bets on the same event that are not built through Bet Builder will be cancelled.
  • Nnph may void bets where there is evidence of fraud, collusion, or manipulation, or where a customer is actively participating in the event in a manner that creates a conflict of interest.
  • If an event is postponed or the venue is changed, Nnph reserves the right to void or refund bets where the market description so states or where the disruption is material and the event cannot be completed within a reasonable period.
  • Nnph may suspend, void or withhold settlement of bets where there are concerns about integrity or compliance with applicable laws and codes of conduct.

Settlement and Corrections

Bets are settled based on the official result published by the governing body or organizing authority. If the official data is unavailable or demonstrably erroneous, Nnph may rely on independent sources or internal records to determine settlement. Bets on markets later deemed void will be refunded.

Re-Settlement and Errors

In the event of technical faults, data feed errors, or other material errors affecting a market, Nnph reserves the right to re-settle or reverse settlements. This may include adjusting balances or canceling bets prior to final confirmation if the error is identified before settlement. Palpable errors in odds or event data may lead to voiding the affected bets.

Dead Heat Rules

When a dead heat occurs, winnings on the affected bets are adjusted proportionally among all winning contracts according to the number of winners. If a multi-winner market is affected and some outcomes remain unresolved, settlements apply only to the settled portions; other outcomes are settled normally as applicable.

Outright Markets and Play-or-Pay

Outright (short-term or long-term) markets are subject to the Play-or-Pay rule. Bets on participants who are unable to take part in the competition remain valid and are settled as losses where applicable. Head-to-head markets are void if a listed participant withdraws; if a replacement is from the same team, team markets remain valid while individual performance bets on the former participant may be void.

Specific Betting Types

Scorer markets apply to regular playing time unless stated otherwise. First scorer, last scorer, and anytime scorer are defined as follows: first scorer requires the player to score after entering the match; last scorer is the final scorer; anytime scorer covers any goal by a listed player. Own goals are treated as per official rules; bets may be void in certain cases of retirement or abandonment as described in market terms.

Cash Out and Bet Builder

Cash Out may be offered on eligible bets and is calculated by Nnph at its sole discretion, reflecting current match conditions, liability and time remaining. Cash Out is not guaranteed and may be suspended at any time. Bet Builder allows combining selections within supported markets; settlements follow standard rules for each constituent bet and are final when the entire builder is settled.

In-Play and VAR Rules

In-play bets rely on real-time data feeds. If a Video Assistant Referee (VAR) decision contradicts the on-field ruling and affects the state of play, bets placed between the initial incident and the final VAR decision may be voided, unless the final decision does not alter the relevant odds. The operator may adjust settlements if the final ruling requires it and is communicated before match conclusion.

Abandonment, Postponement and Incompletion

If an event is abandoned, not completed within a reasonable period, or suspended for an extended time, unsettled bets may be voided and stakes refunded unless the market description provides otherwise. Market rules may provide sport-specific settlement when completion occurs within regulatory timeframes.

Accountability and Contact

Customers are responsible for complying with responsible gambling measures and for ensuring their account information is accurate. Nnph will notify customers of material rule changes via account communications. Questions regarding these rules should be directed to customer support in writing.
