Responsible Gaming Policy

Scope and Purpose

This Responsible Gaming Policy establishes Nnph’s formal framework to promote safe gambling, mitigate harm, and support players in maintaining voluntary control. It applies to all customers accessing Nnph services and governs the use of self‑imposed limits, temporary restrictions, and self‑exclusion tools in accordance with applicable licensing and consumer protection requirements.

Definitions

  • Responsible Gaming: A program of measures designed to minimize gambling‑related harm and to promote informed, voluntary, and controlled play.
  • Self‑Exclusion: A customer‑initiated, time‑bound withdrawal from all Nnph gambling services, which cannot be revoked for the chosen period.
  • Deposit Limit: A per‑day cap on funds that a customer may deposit into their Nnph account.
  • Cooling‑off Period / Break: A temporary restriction on activity designed to reduce exposure to gambling, implemented as an account freeze for a defined duration.
  • Minor Protection: Measures to prevent access by individuals under the legal age; includes age verification and ongoing monitoring of eligibility.
  • Support Channels: Official means by which customers obtain assistance for Responsible Gaming matters (e.g., on‑site Help Center and dedicated support staff).

Legal Age and Eligibility

Participation in Nnph gambling services is limited to individuals who are at least 18 years old and who reside in jurisdictions where online gambling is legally permitted. Nnph conducts age and eligibility verification in accordance with applicable laws and licensing requirements. Access may be restricted or suspended where proof of age or residence cannot be demonstrated.

Responsible Gaming Tools and Measures

Nnph provides a suite of tools to support responsible play. Access and configuration are available to customers in the user profile under the Responsible Gaming or Restrictions sections.

  • Deposit Limits: A customer may set a Daily Deposit Limit in their profile under Restrictions. Once set, the limit cannot be changed for seven (7) days. After the seven‑day period, the limit may be adjusted in accordance with standard profile controls.
  • Time Limits: Customers may establish session time limits to encourage balanced play. When a limit is reached, the system will prompt a break and restrict further play consistent with the configured threshold and applicable rules.
  • Cooling‑off / Break: A customer may place a temporary break by freezing the account for a period selected from: 1 day, 3 days, 1 week, 1 month, or 1 year. During the freeze, access to the account and new wagering activity are blocked. After the selected period, the customer may resume activity subject to any verification requirements in place at that time.
  • Self‑Exclusion: A customer may elect to self‑exclude for a period between six (6) months and five (5) years. During self‑exclusion, login access is blocked and marketing communications are ceased. If there are remaining funds at the time self‑exclusion is initiated, the customer should contact Nnph Support to arrange withdrawal of the balance in accordance with applicable procedures once the exclusion period has ended or as otherwise permitted by policy. Upon expiry or termination of the exclusion period, the customer may return to play subject to verification requirements.
  • Self‑Assessment Tools: An in‑site self‑assessment tool is available to help customers gauge risk levels. If the assessment indicates elevated risk, customers are advised to consider restricting activity or using available tools to reduce exposure.
  • Marketing Opt‑Out: When Self‑Exclusion or active restrictions are engaged, customers are removed from marketing communications and promotional materials in accordance with policy.

Account Management During Restrictions

Restrictions are binding across all Nnph services for the duration of the selected period. Attempts to circumvent restrictions, create new accounts, or defeat safeguards may constitute a breach of terms and may result in enforcement actions including account suspension or termination in accordance with the Terms of Service.

Withdrawal of Funds During Restriction Periods

Where a customer has funds within the Nnph account during a period of restriction, withdrawal requests remain subject to the applicable restrictions and procedures. In the case of active self‑exclusion, withdrawal of remaining funds should be coordinated with Nnph Support in line with the status and duration of the exclusion and with consideration of safeguarding obligations.

Support and Help Resources

Nnph provides 24/7 support dedicated to Responsible Gaming matters through the official Help Center and support channels. In addition, customers may access information about gambling‑related help services through on‑site resources and references to local, professional support organizations. Nnph does not substitute medical or psychological treatment but will provide guidance on accessing appropriate services where requested.

Data Protection and Record Keeping

Nnph collects and processes information related to Responsible Gaming tools in compliance with applicable data protection laws. Records of restrictions, exclusions, and related actions are stored securely, kept for the duration required by law and regulatory obligations, and accessible only to authorized personnel for the purpose of monitoring and compliance.

Policy Updates and Notices

This Policy is effective as of the date published and may be updated to reflect regulatory changes or enhancements to safeguarding measures. Material changes will be communicated to customers via the on‑site notice system and, where required, through official customer communications.
