Minimum deposit per transaction: 10 units of your account currency. Maximum per transaction: 5,000 units. Daily deposit limit: 20,000 units. Weekly limit: 60,000 units. Limits may vary by account tier and region; any changes will be communicated in advance.
To prevent fraud and comply with anti-money laundering and counter-terrorism financing requirements, deposits may require identity verification before processing or upon reaching thresholds. Acceptable documents include government-issued photo ID, proof of address dated within the last 3 months, and documentation linking the payment method to the account holder. Verification results are reviewed within 1–3 business days, and deposits may be delayed pending verification.
Most deposits are processed instantly after successful authentication. Bank transfers or certain payment routes may take 1–3 business days to settle. Nnph does not charge a deposit processing fee for the supported method family, except that third-party network fees charged by the payment processor or the issuing bank may apply and are outside Nnph's control. In the event of a failed deposit, funds will be reversed to the original payment method where feasible, subject to payment provider rules.
All deposit transactions are protected by encryption in transit and at rest. The platform uses agent risk checks and transaction monitoring to detect unusual activity. 3D Secure authentication may be required for card-based deposits where supported. Any suspected fraudulent or non-compliant deposits will be rejected and may lead to account review or suspension in accordance with the Terms and Conditions.
Players may set personal deposit limits and enable time/limit controls through the account settings. Deposits made using funds derived from illegal activities or obtained by fraud will be rejected and may result in permanent account closure and regulatory reporting as required by law.
If a deposit is not credited within the stated processing window, contact Nnph support immediately. All deposits are credited to the player's account in accordance with the payment provider's settlement. Any chargeback requests will be investigated and may result in restricted access pending resolution; repeated or abusive chargebacks may lead to account restrictions or closure in line with the Terms and Conditions.
Support channels are available 24/7 via in-app chat and email. Response times vary, but standard assistance is provided promptly. For urgent issues, indicate clearly that the matter concerns deposits and include relevant transaction details.
