Overview of the Nnph Affiliate Program
The Nnph Affiliate Program enables qualified partners to refer players to Nnph iGaming offerings. Affiliates earn commissions based on clearly defined performance metrics associated with referred players, subject to these terms and the program’s policies.
Joining and Onboarding
Registration is free. Applicants must provide accurate business details, applicable tax information, and a valid payment method. Upon approval, an Affiliate Manager is assigned, and the partner portal, tracking links, promotional assets, and performance reporting become available for use.
Commission Structures
-
Revenue Share: Commissions are calculated as a percentage of eligible revenue generated by referred players, with tiered levels based on activity.
-
First tier: 45% Revenue Share for 0–15 depositors.
-
Second tier: 50% Revenue Share for 16–25 depositors.
-
Third tier: 55% Revenue Share for 26–50 depositors.
-
VIP tier: 60% Revenue Share for more than 50 depositors.
-
Hybrid and Fixed Options: The Affiliate Manager may structure hybrid arrangements that combine Revenue Share with CPA and/or fixed-fee components, subject to performance verification and mutual agreement. Each arrangement will be defined in a written addendum.
Payments and Payouts
-
Payout Schedule: Eligible commissions are issued in the first five (5) business days of each calendar month for activity attributable to the preceding month.
-
Minimum Payout: The minimum payout threshold is 100 USD or equivalent in the local currency.
-
Payment Methods: Payments are issued via bank transfer, approved electronic wallets, card-based settlements, and cryptocurrency where permitted and in compliance with applicable laws and KYC requirements.
-
Tax and Compliance: Affiliates are responsible for any tax obligations arising from earned commissions and must provide any required tax documentation as requested by Nnph.
-
No Negative Carryover: There is no carryover of losses from one settlement period to subsequent periods. Each period is settled based on activity within that period and the terms in effect for that period.
Tracking, Reporting, and Attribution
Nnph provides a dedicated tracking framework that attributes player activity to the referring affiliate through unique identifiers. The reporting interface delivers real-time dashboards and monthly performance summaries, including clicks, sign-ups, deposits, and revenue. Data may be exported in CSV format for approved partners in accordance with the privacy and data handling policies.
Promotions, Creatives, and Brand Portfolio
Affiliates receive access to high-converting campaigns, banners, landing pages, and exclusive promotions designed to maximize conversions. The program maintains a curated portfolio of Nnph brands and gaming verticals, updated regularly to reflect market demand and regulatory compliance. Creatives provided by Nnph must be used as approved; any alterations require prior written consent from the Affiliate Manager.
Traffic, Compliance, and Advertising Policy
-
Allowed Channels: Marketing activities conducted in compliance with applicable laws, platform policies, and program guidelines, including organic search, compliant paid advertising, content marketing, and email outreach to opt-in audiences.
-
Prohibited Activities: Any traffic that is fraudulent, incentivized without explicit permission, bot-generated, or otherwise misrepresents Nnph or its offerings is prohibited.
-
Geography and Age Restrictions: Promotions must target jurisdictions where online gambling is legal and players must meet the applicable age of majority. Affiliates are responsible for confirming the eligibility of referred players.
Affiliate Management and Support
Each affiliate is assigned a dedicated Affiliate Manager who provides performance guidance, optimization recommendations, and access to essential assets. Support is delivered through the partner portal, with response times governed by the program’s service level agreement.
Data Protection and Privacy
Nnph processes personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws and its privacy policies. Affiliates must implement reasonable security measures to protect tracking data and the personal information of referred players and ensure all data processing stays within the scope of performance marketing for the program.
Terms, Amendments, and Termination
Nnph reserves the right to modify these terms at any time with notice to participating affiliates. Continued participation after notice constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. The program may be suspended or terminated for breach of terms, fraudulent activity, or noncompliance with applicable law. Commissions earned prior to termination will be settled in accordance with the then-current terms unless prohibited by law.
